Visitors of Arkhangelskoye Outlet have the opportunity to try fresh fish from Japan. Conceptual minimalism and Japanese classics-that's what regular guests say about the Shiba restaurant.
Tuna, hamachi, shimaji, uni, tai, as well as rice, wasabi, tempura, and, of course, the unique wagyu beef for the restaurant is delivered by direct flights from Japan.
The largest blocks in the menu are reserved for sushi, sashimi and rolls.
In addition, it is recommended to try scallop tataki, tuna tartare, teriyaki octopus, Chilean sea bass nitsuke, wasabi shrimp and tempura mushrooms. Ramen is also celebrated, for which many guests come specially.
